I offer running, Pilates mobility and flexibility sessions to primary and secondary schools. These classes help students relieve stress and tension due to sitting at their desks every day. I also offer Oxygen advantage breathwork classes to help ease stress, focus the mind and improve concentration.
I am currently teaching Pilates classes for the parents in two local secondary schools and one primary school. These classes give parents the opportunity to meet up and exercise together.
I am also teaching after-school Pilates classes to teachers. These classes have been so positive and it helps staff members to relax after a day in class.
